The Ladbrokes Challenge Cup second round draw was streamed live on BBC Sport this evening (Wednesday, January 31).
Taking place at Warrington’s Halliwell Jones Stadium, former prop forward and coach of Warrington’s Under-16 scholarship side Gary Chambers picked the home balls and Wolves’ new signing Sitaleki Akauol
Twenty-four clubs representing the Armed Forces, University Rugby League and community game were drawn against each other and will play their ties over the weekend of February 10-11.
NCL Premier Champions Thatto Heath Crusaders were drawn against Featherstone Lions away and the University of Hull, the only remaining University side in the competition, were drawn at home against Cumbrian side Myton Warriors.
The British Army were drawn against London Chargers and the Royal Air Force will travel to face Batley Boys.
Over 23,000 viewers tuned in last Saturday to watch Rochdale Mayfield take on Crosfields. A second round game will be streamed live on the BBC Sport website, the fixture chosen will be announced in due course.
