Martin Murphy is pictured presenting Ray Hill with a cheque for £100 from the Oldham RL (Past) Players’ Association after Ray and other family members completed The Three Peaks Challenge in Yorkshire in a sponsored fund-raiser for The Ticker Club.
It was a thank-you from Ray and the Hill family for all The Ticker Club did for Ray’s brother when the surgeons and nurses in the heart unit at Wythenshawe Hospital saved his life.
The fund currently stands at more than £2,100 and donations can be made up to April 28, 2019.
