Four former Oldham players, or their families, received Heritage Certificates at the Dewsbury Rams game.
Keith Atkinson (extreme left) and Mickey Edwards (fifth from right) got theirs personally, while the late Workington, Oldham and GB wing star Ike Southward and centre Trevor Buckley, a local lad, had family representatives acting for them.

THE family of the great, late Ike Southward will be at the Vestacare Stadium tomorrow (Sunday) to receive Ike’s Oldham RLFC Heritage Certificate to commemorate the part Oldham played in his glittering career.

OLDHAM’S next game is the Law Cup clash at Rochdale on Sunday, January 21 — and to promote that game and at the same time to involve the fans in their preparations for the derby clash with silverware, Roughyeds legend and current managing director Mike Ford will take the trophy to the Fox and Pine at 7pm on Tuesday (January 2).
