OLDHAM RLFC would like to remind supporters that its fans’ forum will take place next Tuesday, 7 November at Boundary Park. Starting at 8pm, it will be held in the Broadway Suite and entry is free of charge.
This will be the first chance for supporters to meet new head coach Sean Long, who will also be joined on the night by his three assistant coaches Brendan Sheridan, Jordan Turner, and Joe Wardle. Also present will be the newly assembled playing squad as well as managing director Mike Ford, chairman Bill Quinn and the other club directors.
The format of the last forum proved to be very popular, and much of the evening will be freed up for an open Q&A session, where supporters are invited to take part and ask any questions to the club.
As you would expect, there will be plenty of opportunity for supporters to hear from and pose questions to Roughyeds head coach Sean Long and the board. Like last time, no question is off limits, and the club welcomes all questions whether they relate to recruitment, the upcoming season, the club’s plans and ambitions, or the wider game.
Club director Simon Winnard said,
‘Following the success of the last forum, we are delighted to invite our supporters to come along and meet with our new Head Coach Sean Long, his coaching team and our playing squad. With excitement already building for the 2024 season, the evening will be a fantastic opportunity for us all to get together. The previous forum proved to be a really open conversation with supporters, which is exactly what we were hoping for. It was fantastic to see so many people attend last time and the enthusiasm and positivity in the room was palpable. Here’s to another great evening. We are stronger together’.
The Broadway Suite is situated in the Joe Royle stand and is accessible via the Oldham Event Centre entrance of the stadium. Parking is available.
