Jamie Hollingworth and Dave Thomas, leading members of the YEDS Supporters’ Group, have linked up with Beever Primary School to deliver boxes of goods to the school for ultimate delivery to people who were desperate for help across the local community.
“We couldn’t have helped in this way without the support of YEDS members, who have shown once again how much joy a little togetherness can give to families in need of a little help,” said Jamie. “We want to offer special thanks to everyone who donated.”
Jamie and Dave between them collected boxes of tea, coffee, tinned foodstuffs, wipes, nappies, female toiletries etc to continue the public-spirited work of the YEDS over and above their priority which is to support and give the club as much help as possible in whichever direction it is asked.
