Long names 21-man squad for Rochdale derby

ROUGHYEDS boss Sean Long has made two changes to the squad which travelled to Workington Town.

Coming in to the squad are Craig Kopczak and Phoenix Laulu-Togaga’e who replace Mackenzie Turner and Kieran Tyrer.

Phoenix is in contention to make his debut for Roughyeds, having signed for the club on a season-long loan from Hull KR earlier this month.

Oldham are also bolstered by the return of Kopczak who could also feature at Boundary Park this weekend, after recovering from a shoulder injury sustained in the defeat to Swinton Lions back in February.

Pat Moran and Elijah Taylor, who also suffered injuries at Heywood Road, still have some way to go before they are back available to Long.

Oldham will be looking to inflict their fifth straight victory over neighbours Rochdale on Easter Sunday.

On Sunday, Hornets could name as many as ten ex-Oldham players, each coming with a point to prove.

Admission prices, for the 3pm kick off, are £20 for adults, £14 for concessions and FREE for under-16s.
