Oldham’s Roughyeds Supporters Association (ORSA) is the official, but independently run supporters’ club of Oldham RLFC and is fully accountable to its members. It supports the playing and coaching staff in various ways and is very much appreciated by Scott Naylor and the squad.
Ahead of the 2019 season, ORSA is looking to increase their fundraising and enable further support for the requirements of the coaching and playing staff.
In doing so, they have now signed up to the ‘easyfundraising’ organisation. This enables fans and friends of the club to donate to ORSA, without any cost to themselves, simply by signing up to the ORSA cause, before doing their online shopping.
There are over 3500 retailers/organisations who will donate automatically from purchases made online.
To get involved, all that supporters need to do, is visit the following link, sign up and then shop as normal.
As online shopping is increasingly popular, this ‘easyfundraising’ scheme, offers fans an opportunity to raise much needed funds at a time when already limited club budgets are under further threat from RFL changes.
ORSA representatives are keen to engage as many fans as possible in this enterprise and hope that once encouraged to take part, will make it a habit to do so.
