ANOTHER North-West company has joined the list of Oldham RLFC sponsors.
Warrington-based CDX Security is providing help with the considerable transport costs which will be incurred in taking the team to Llanelli for Saturday’s Betfred League 1 match against West Wales Raiders.
As this is the longest and most expensive journey of the season, CDX Security has come forward with support to part-fund the cost of the coach.
Naturally delighted, club chairman Christopher Hamilton said:
“There are lots of different costs involved in running a club, Transport costs are just one of many.
“Because of the geographical spread of the teams, transport costs in League 1 are especially substantial, so for CDX Security to offer help towards this weekend’s trip is particularly pleasing.
“It is very much appreciated and I would like to thank CDX and their managing director John Roddy for their support.”
John Roddy said:
“We wish Oldham the best of luck on Saturday and for the rest of the season.
“We fully recognise the expense involved in travelling to away games, particularly in League 1, and we hope our sponsorship will be beneficial to the club and of assistance in achieving a successful season.”
