Celebrate promotion with special leisure wear

CALLING all Roughyeds supporters — we’re going up in the world thanks to that brilliant run of 11 wins from 12 games which saw us finish second in Betfred League 1 2019 and then win two play-off games to clinch PROMOTION to the Betfred Championship 2020.

The win at Hunslet to seal second place was a triumph in itself for teamwork, dogged persistence, a fighting spirit and good, tough, rugged rugby.

But it was merely an aperitif for the thrilling play-off victories against Doncaster and Newcastle Thunder, followed by that emotional and never-to-be-forgotten team celebration after club captain Gareth Owen was presented with the Promotion Final trophy.

It was a fitting climax to a wonderful season and an achievement which we know our fans will be keen to remember by proudly wearing our brand-new commemorative tee-shirts and polos, which have been specially designed by our new kit and leisure wear partners, 1895 Sports.

Commemorative Polo and Tee Shirts

It’s quality gear to celebrate a quality achievement and you can order online or via the club which is open every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 3pm (Tel: 07904 898177).

The merchandise will be in stock within two weeks of ordering.

Tee-shirt sizes range from very small children (21″-22″) to 3XL (54″) with 11 different sizes in total which you can see on the website.

Prices are £12 for children’s sizes and £14 for adults.

Polos are in nine different sizes, ranging from extra-small (30″) to 5XL (59″), and they are all one price, £18. Again, go to the website to see the full range.

Special Offer

Some weeks ago we had a special offer on the website for fans who registered their interest in our 2020 season tickets for the Championship.

Fans who registered and have since purchased a season ticket will be emailed by the club and will be able to buy this striking commemorative leisure wear at a special price.
