Don't miss the deadline for our NHS tee-shirts

Fans who are planning to order one of our hugely-popular NHS tee shirts, but haven’t yet done so, are reminded that the deadline is only a few hours away now — at midnight tonight (Sun).

They are priced at £29 with half the profits from sales going to local NHS charities in recognition of their outstanding and unforgettable front-line work during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“As well as locally, we are continuing to get orders from all over the country, but time is fast running out now for anyone still planning to get in touch,”

said club chairman Chris Hamilton.

Latest orders have come in from places as far apart as Kent and Spennymoor in County Durham as well as from Tameside and  Warrrington.

To order go to the Roughyeds’ on-line store[] and follow the links.

Club Cash Lottery

In challenging times for businesses we are again stressing our urgent need for more financial support via the Club Cash lottery from both existing and new members.

With door-to-door collections temporarily abandoned, some have paid up front to cover a few weeks; moved to direct debit; or completed a bank transfer but the overall result has seen a drop in lottery income of nearly 50 per cent.

This trend is hitting all clubs and organisations and we have had to temporarily modify the weekly prize structure in line with the number of people taking part.

We still have a weekly first prize of £1,000 and other prizes of £100, £50 and £25 plus some £10 consolation prizes and we urgently and seriously need people to help us on this.

One way is to download a direct debit form here and follow the instructions.
