CURRENTLY running on Sky Sports Arena is a week-long ‘Rugby League Takeover’ feature, which started at 6am yesterday (Monday) and will run through to 6am Saturday.
In the five days, Sky will show more than 40 retro games, two season previews, loads of NRL, new and archive magazine programmes and the two opening-night Super League fixtures.
Starting at 2am on Saturday (March 27), fans can watch an Oldham v St Helens game from 1994.

“The Oldham game is a brilliant match which captures Watersheddings almost perfectly. I’m sure Oldham fans will enjoy it. It’s on in the early hours so it might be one for recording.”
