New kit deal and cost price replicas for Christmas

With Christmas only a fortnight away, these are the bullet-point headlines in today’s major announcements regarding kit, replicas and leisure-wear for our 2022 Betfred League One campaign.

It’s a special one for various reasons, not least our 25th Anniversary season — a milestone birthday that we will celebrate in style.

So let’s expand on the bullet-point headlines.

ELLGREN of Dewsbury, based in the Heavy Woollen area at the very heart of Rugby League land.

Said Oldham chairman Chris Hamilton:

“We are delighted to enter into this new agreement with a well-known name in Rugby League and one that has been responsible for many of the iconic kits fans have seen over the years.
“We are looking forward to working with them,
“There will be a full range of leisure wear to follow, including player wear, as well as other exciting designs which we hope fans will wear with pride.
“As people are aware, 2022 is the club’s 25th Anniversary, so we will also be launching a range of leisure wear to commemorate that, plus a special, limited edition replica shirt.
“As we promised at the recent Fans’ Forum, we are delighted to confirm the launch of 2022 home and away replica shirts, which are in the same design as those in 2021 (see attached image).
“Furthermore, in an offer which is unique to Rugby League and to sport in general, these will be available to buy AT COST PRICE as a thank-you to fans for all their continued backing and support. It is really, really appreciated.”

Ellgren has more than 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of merchandise for the sport and team-wear market.

Managing director Jonathan Schofield said:

“Ellgren are proud to have agreed a kit and apparel partnership with Oldham RLFC for the 2022 season, especially as it will be the club’s 25th Anniversary.
“We’re excited to be supporting Oldham RLFC and we are delighted that we’ll be able to turn around replica shirts in time for Christmas.
“I am confident the new ranges will be a success with players and supporters.
“The Ellgren team and I are looking forward to building on the partnership over the next two seasons.”

REPLICAS IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS

These are available to pre-order in time for Christmas. They will be with us at the club on December 22, priced at £30 for adults and £25 for children.

Children’s sizes range from aged 2 to age 14 (see sizing chart), while adults shirts go from small to 7XL (see sizing chart).

The sizing is different to the last one, so fans need to refer to it before ordering. That is IMPORTANT.
