The Oldham RLFC Players Association has sent out the following email to all its members.
Thanks to the Association for this from all at Roughyeds and to everyone else who has sponsored a player.
A full list will appear shortly, together with the names of the players who are still available for sponsorship.

The ORLFC players association are pleased to announce that we are sponsoring No 17, prop Jack Coventry this season.
The Oldham RLFC website reports:
“It is widely believed in the game that, at the age of 27, Jack still has his best years ahead of him as a tough, rugged front-rower.
“He is a close friend and best pal of centre Will Cooke, who has also signed for Roughyeds.
“Natives of Castleford, where they both live, they have played together at Hunslet and Keighley, having both learned the rudiments of the game at their local amateur club, Castleford Panthers.
“In their teens they went their separate ways — Coventry to Featherstone, Cooke to Castleford Tigers.”
I (Joe Warburton) spoke with Jack on Thursday night at the players launch. Jack said:
“I am looking forward to the season and cant wait to get stuck in.”
