The facility for under-16s to watch new-look Roughyeds in all home games at the Vestacare Stadium in their forthcoming Betfred League 1 campaign for FREE sits nicely with our return to Oldham after two years at Stalybridge; our 25th Anniversary season; and our FRESH START with a new coach; lots of new players; a newly-installed vice-chairman, John Roddy; and a new Supporters’ Group, the YEDS.
Our squad includes several Oldham lads who will be busting a gut for their home-town team and we hope that, plus FREE admission for under-16s, will help to swell numbers among the younger end of the borough’s rugby league community.
Under-16s will be asked to pay a nominal £20 for a seat, averaging out at just £2 a game, and that’s because of the limited number of seats.

If supporters know the numbers of the specific seats they would like they can request those seats after buying also by sending an email to enquiries@roughyeds.co.uk or using the website contact page. If not, we will allocate seats later.
Prices provide one free home match compared with what it would cost a fan watching every home game and paying at the turnstiles and we can’t stress too much the importance of good season-ticket sales to the club.
With that in mind we offer the facility for fans to spread the cost of a season ticket over three months – a third on application, a third a month later and the balance two months after that.
Students also get a great deal on season tickets at £30 to stand for the full league campaign or £40 for a seat, averaging out at £3 or £4 a game – a good saving too on turnstile prices.
Students will be required to provide valid students ID at the turnstiles if they pay on the day but after purchasing a season ticket they should forward a scan or photo of their ID to enquiries@roughyeds.co.uk.
