AS a follow-up to our opposed training session behind closed doors against Salford Reserves this Saturday, February 26, we will go to Keighley for a pre-season friendly on Sunday, March 6 (kick-off 3pm).
Five members of our 26-man squad are former Cougars — forwards Jack Coventry, Jason Muranka, Ryan Wright and Jack Arnold, plus centre Will Cooke, but whether prop Arnold, our latest signing, will be fit to make his Roughyeds opener after an appendix operation remains to be seen.
Admission prices for this warm-up clash at Cougar Park are £10 (adults), £8 (concessions), FREE for under-16s.
Before then, on Saturday, February 26 we have an opposed training session against Salford Reserves, to be played behind closed doors.
