THE Oldham Players’ Association are having a table in the sponsors’ lounge at Sunday’s Oldham v Swinton Lions game, kick off 3pm at the Vestacare Stadium.
There will be pre-match food, a Q and A with a former player to be conducted by Roger Halstead, seats in the stand, access to a pay bar, post-match interviews and presentations with tea, coffee, cakes etc.
Ex players wishing to attend need to let secretary Joe Warburton know by email or John Watkins by phone on 07974-612038, both ASAP.

AS the December 31 season-ticket deadline draws ever closer, it is interesting to take a look at what the club has done so far in its firm bid to provide a 2023 squad with a realistic and reasonable chance of achieving promotion to the Betfred Championship and in the belief that supporters can look forward to a successful season of crowd-pleasing, value-for-money entertainment.

FANS are reminded that season-ticket sales at these discounted prices close on December 31. The late withdrawal of West Wales Raiders, though desperately sad, put a spanner in the works in relation to our season-ticket sales, but the club has confirmed that season-ticket holders will NOT be out of pocket because of one home game fewer — nine instead of ten.December 26, 2022
