OLDHAM RLFC can confirm our Second Round Challenge Cup fixture against Doncaster will take place on Sunday February 26 at the Eco Power Stadium, kick off 3pm.
Admission prices for the tie on the day are £15 for adults, £1 for ages 17 and under, and free for ages five and under.
There will be a £2 discount for adults who choose to purchase tickets in advance and you can buy them now on the Doncaster ticketing page.
Stuart Littler’s men will be hoping to get one over on Doncaster this year after losing both home and away fixtures against the club in 2022.
After drawing Doncaster in the cup, Stu said:
“It’s a really good marker for us to see where we are at and one to get really excited about.
“They’re a strong team that has been there or thereabouts in the last couple of years with two Finals. They’ve kept the majority of the team together for a couple of years and they’re coached well."
Oldham’s last win against Doncaster came in 2019 in the play-offs when the Dons were beaten 22-12. There were three tries from Dave Hewitt, Emmerson Whittel and Paul Crook, who also scored five goals.
The club, a few weeks later, went on to win promotion to the championship defeating Newcastle 18-14 in the Play-off Final.
