The big-four local community clubs battle it out today (Saturday) for the right to appear in the Standard Cup Final at Boundary Park on Easter Saturday, March 30, kick-off 11.45am.
Call it round one or the semi-finals, it’s up to you, but Waterhead will play Saddleworth Rangers at Melrose and Oldham St Anne’s will take on Mayfield at their usual ground, both games kicking off at 2pm.
In each case, the winners will go through to the Standard Cup Final which will have a curtain-raiser, the Johnny Blair Memorial game for under-11s, starting at 10.30am.
