Following yesterday’s announcement that star half-back Olly Russell will join the Roughyeds, the club is delighted to launch season tickets for the 2027 campaign.
Russell’s arrival is only one piece of the jigsaw with more exciting announcements to come very soon. And with preparations for 2027 already underway, supporters can now secure their place at Boundary Park, with the Early Bird window officially open and savings of up to £36 available on season tickets.
The Early Bird offer will run for four weeks, closing at midnight on November 7, giving supporters the chance to secure their season ticket at the best available price ahead of another season at Boundary Park.
Roughyeds enjoyed their best league finish since 1997 in the season just gone, and the club is now preparing to build on that success in the new campaign.
The majority of home fixtures will take place on Sunday afternoons, while supporters will also enjoy the prospect of Friday night rugby under the lights at Boundary Park, ahead of the summer months.
All standard admission season tickets will remain unreserved, with reserved seating to apply only to 1876 Club and Wheelchair Accessible tickets.
The club has worked hard to keep season ticket prices broadly in line with last year, ensuring supporters continue to receive excellent value for money. Hospitality packages have been updated to reflect the increased costs of delivering a premium matchday experience, while maintaining the high standard of food, service and facilities supporters have come to expect.
That commitment to value also extends to families, with the introduction of a brand-new Family Season Ticket for 2027. Two adults and two children aged under 16 can attend the season’s home fixtures for just £500 – a £40 saving compared with purchasing the equivalent tickets individually.
For supporters looking to make more of their matchday, the former 450 Club has been rebranded as the 1876 Club. Members will enjoy a two-course meal, entertainment hosted by Michael Bradshaw in the Broadway Suite, pre and post-match interviews, a padded seat, and bar access.
All season ticket prices have been calculated on the basis of 12 home fixtures, which the RFL has confirmed as the standard allocation for the 2027 season.
Supporters will once again have the option to spread the cost of their season ticket, this time via Klarna, allowing the total price to be split across three payments free of charge.
The club is also pleased to announce a new ticketing partnership with Fanbase for 2027.
The decision follows extensive research into the best platform for supporters, with the Fanbase app set to provide an improved ticketing experience alongside regular club updates and information.
Supporters are urged to download the Fanbase app via Google Play or the App Store and select Oldham as their team of choice. This will allow the club to build stronger engagement with supporters while keeping fans closer to everything happening at Oldham.
Chairman Terry Flanagan MBE said:
“We need as many season ticket commitments as possible as we transition from completing a great season into a new era.
The club is working under a new salary cap regime for playing staff, but we need as much support as possible to allow us to invest in other long-term initiatives.
For example, we need to double our core crowd next year at Boundary Park.”
We urge all supporters to get behind the new owners in driving the club forward and let’s all look ahead to what we are sure will be another fantastic season.
