Ahead of Sunday's home clash against Midlands Hurricanes, Roughyeds boss Sean Long has brought Adam Lawton and McKenzie Yei into the squad.
Lawton replaces Danny Craven who was forced off late on in the 14-10 victory over Rochdale. Long confirmed the injury was not a leg break, but said the stand-off would be out for a number of weeks.
McKenzie Yei, who signed for the club back in April, but has yet to make his debut for the club is also in contention to play after returning to full contact training.
Long also gave more positive updates on the likes of George Hirst, Ben O'Keefe, Jumah Sambou.
All of the aforementioned could feature in Oldham's remaining four games.
Nathan Roebuck – not in the squad – is currently on leave, which was pre-arranged and known to the club prior to his signing.
Long, in his preview of Sunday's clash against Midlands, highlighted Hurricanes' attacking prowess and warned they were not to be underestimated.
Midlands are physical with a really good back five and kicking game. We are going to have to be on point. They are winning games by quite a lot - they have the third highest points difference in the league - and they gave us a tough game at their place so we know this could be a banana skin.
