Long announces squad ahead of Workington

Team News

Sean Long has made three changes to the squad, ahead of the last game of the season against Workington.

Riley Dean is named in the squad for the first time after recovering from his injury sustained in our 14-10 win over Rochdale at the end of July.

Also returning to the squad are Danny Craven and Adam Lawton who both come into contention for a starting spot for Sunday's 3pm kick off.

As a result, Owen Farnworth, Elijah Taylor and Cian Tyrer all miss out this week.

Owen Farnworth is serving the one match suspension for a Grade C Dangerous Throw picked up in the title-winning victory over Keighley.

Cian Tyrer is also out after was forced off, in our 72-0 win over Cornwall, through injury.

The winger participated in Thursday night’s training, but the injury showed no sign of abating.

Ahead of the trophy lift on Sunday, ticket prices have been slashed to just £10 thanks to sponsors Total Controlled Demolition.

And to celebrate our emergency services, ALL Blue Lights can be part of the day absolutely FREE.

Squad in full: Agoro, Aldridge, Astley, T.Chapelhow, Craven, Dean, Dixon, Ellis, Hirst, Jack Johnson, Josh Johnson, Kopczak, Laulu-Togaga'e, Lawton, Moran, O'Keefe, Sambou, Sidlow, J.Turner, Wardle, Wildie.
