Match Preview: Oldham vs Midlands Hurricanes

Roughyeds are back at Boundary Park in a do-or-die clash against Mildands Hurricanes in the Elimination Final this Sunday, 3pm kick-off.
Three wins stand between Alan Kilshaw’s side and Championship glory, with Oldham needing to get over the tricky Midlands to set up an away clash at either Doncaster, Newcastle or Widnes.
After securing Oldham’s best league finish since 1997 and winning 21 league games this season, Roughyeds have earned the chance to fight for the ultimate prize.
Admission prices have been slashed for the game with tickets just £15 for adults while Oldham Athletic season ticket holders can get in for just £10.
Oldham's end-of-season offer, allowing under-16s to attend for free, has also been extended for Sunday's play-off clash.

Alan Kilshaw has made a couple of changes to the side which lost narrowly to Widnes Vikings.
Fin Irwin and Emmanuel Waine come into the 21-man squad in place of Wigan loanees Tom Forber and Lukas Mason.
Bayley Liu remains suspended with this the last of his two-match suspension, while Ewan Moore is still sidelined due to a number of head knocks in quick succession.

The Opposition
Midlands booked their place in the Elimination Final thanks to a 36-4 win over Whitehaven.
The Hurricanes are one of the division's more attacking sides and are a side which can score points, as evidence in the 1895 Cup quarter-final at Boundary Park.
Roughyeds had been leading 24-0 but the Hurricanes came back to comeplete a 40-34 win over Oldham.
Midlands half-back Lewis Else scored a hat-trick in their recent win over Haven and the Hurricanes have also added another attacking weapon since their last visit to Oldham, with James Woodburn-Hall now at full-back.

Roughyeds have reduced admission for the Elimination Final with tickets just £15 for adults.

There is also a special offer for Oldham Athletic season ticket holders, with entry just £10 upon presentation of their season ticket. Simply show your card at the blue portakabin opposite the Athletic Store to get your ticket.
