Can I take my own food and drink into the ground?
Yes, visitors to the ground can take food and drink but not into the hospitality areas. Please use the litter bins provided.
Are dogs allowed into the ground?
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed apart from registered assistance dogs only.
What is the emergency evacuation policy?
Boundary Park staff are fully trained in the event of any emergency and susequent evacuation. ORLFC abide by their policy rulings for the Stadium.
How many children can I take to a game?
At present an adult can take two u16’s free of charge on match days, additional tickets can be purchased at £5 each. There is a maximum limit of three children per adult.
What is the smoking policy at Boundary Park?
There is no smoking allowed in the stadium or grounds of Boundary Park.
Can I purchase food and drink during the match and take this to my seat?
Kiosks are open during the match and can be taken back to seats. Please use the litter bins provided.
Do you cater for dietary requirements within the grounds at the bars and kiosks?
Vegetarian options are available. Please speak to staff to check the options.
How can I request that my child / team is a mascot on a game day?

Can I buy club merchandise on match days?
Yes, merchandise is for sale in the OAFC shop. Items may also be for sale in the fans bar, if so this will be announced via the club social media channels.

Hospitality Information
I have booked hospitality for a match day, where do I enter the ground?
When arriving by car, entering the grounds via Hilbre Avenue, Royton takes you to the Joe Royle Stand car park. Enter the building via the reception at Oldham Event Centre to check in with staff for hospitality.
I have booked hospitality for a match day, what time do I need to arrive?
Please arrive at 1pm for hospitality on game days with a kick off time of 3pm. All meals are served before the match.
I have tickets to the match for the Jimmy Frizzel Stand, can I book hospitality?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to move between the stands on game days, therefore fans with tickets in the Jimmy Frizzel stand cannot take up hospitality as this is in the Joe Royle stand.
Alternatively, contact us to discuss the option of changing your tickets. Tables are available in the Broadway Suite or a box can be booked for 10 people. This would include the cost of viewing the game from the padded seat area in the Joe Royle stand. It is possible to buy a single ticket and add an upgrade to pie and peas hospitality, this is for seats in the Joe Royle stand and pie and peas dining in the Broadway Suite.
I would like to arrange dining in the Broadway Suite before the game, are match tickets included in this booking?
When tables are booked for two course dining in the Broadway Suite, match tickets are included with your booking.
Do you cater for dietary requirements within the hospitality areas?
Yes, dietary requirements are catered for, please advise at the time of booking if there are any specific needs.
What time does pie and peas hospitality end?
On game days with a kick off of 3pm, please arrive before the 2.30pm cut off for serving pie and peas in the Broadway Suite.
Ticket Information
How do I use my ticket on a game day?
Standard tickets have a QR code which are scanned in at the turnstiles on entry to the stadium. Tickets can be printed or added to your digital wallet on your mobile device.
Do season ticket holders use the same ticket / QR code for every game?
Yes, the QR code on your seasonn ticket covers each game on the 12 league fixtures.
Can I forward my ticket(s) to a friend or family member?
Season ticket holders and Blue Light season ticket holders are unable to share tickets as both the season ticket and your ID (along with your Blue Light Card if applicable) will be requested to be shown at the turnstile. You can forward a single match ticket as long as it is not a concessionary ticket as these are a different price to a standard ticket.
Can I get a physical season ticket card?
Physical season ticket cards are bulk ordered ahead of the first league game. This season the cut off date was 25.1.25 so those buying after this date will have electronic tickets only. ORLFC will advertise any cut off dates via social media for future seasons.
If I have a physical season ticket card, do I still have a digital ticket?
Yes, digital tickets are sent by email at the time of purchase, these can be stored in your digital wallet on your mobile device or printed should you prefer. As ticket holders pass through the turnstiles, tickets are scanned and a ticket can only be scanned once.
Which games do season tickets cover?
Season tickets are valid for the 12 league fixture games in the Betfred Championship 2025.

What time do the gates open?
On game days with a match kick off of 3pm, turnstiles can be accessed from 1pm, however, the fan bar will be open from 12.30pm.
I have not received confirmation of my match ticket purchase?
Tickets can be accessed via the lost tickets link here. However, if you are still unable to access the ticket, please email enquiries@roughyeds.co.uk or kasey.smith@roughyeds.co.uk at the weekend.
May I buy a blue light season ticket for someone else?
No, Blue Light season tickets are for Blue Light card holders only, no exception. Both IDs will be requested to be shown at the turnstiles and entry to the ground will be rejected if the Blue Light card is not available.
I cannot attend the game, can I receive a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are only given 24 hours before the day of the game. After that our policy is to not provide a refund.
Can I add a free carer ticket to my purchase?
For wheelchair users there is space for a free carer to sit. There is nothing in place to allow free carer tickets other than within the wheelchair access areas. To book your free carer, please email enquiries@roughyeds.co.uk.
Can I buy a ticket on arrival to the ground?
Yes, it is possible to buy tickets on match days. Purchases can be made in the fans bar with a bank card, also, at the turnstiles with a card or cash.

What is the minimum age a child can attend without an adult?
The minimum age for a child to attend without an adult is age 16. From age 16 tickets must be purchased at full adult rate.
If I feel unwell on the day and need support, who can assist?
Paramedics are situated at the medical room located at the bottom of the Joe Royle stand inside the stadium adjacent to the Jimmy Frizzel side. Please let a steward know if someone needs help.
