Mathieu Pons

A raw and lightning quick French winger who joined Oldham midway through the 2025 season. Pons came to the Roughyeds from Saint Gaudens in France and has previous Championship experience with Halifax for whom he played on a short-term deal in the 2024 season. Pons can run the 100m in a lightening 10.9 seconds, and also had a trial at Hull KR at the start of 2024 after a breakthrough season in France that brought 10 tries in 14 games.
