Callum Irving
Assistant Coach
Appointed to the role of assistant coach with the first team ahead of the 2026 season, having been Pathways Technical Advisor. Irving played rugby league for Carlisle and York before a stint in France, and worked with London Broncos academy and then Skolars as assistant and later head coach. He is also working with FIFA's Coaching Education Programme, where he was previously Lead of Analysis.
Alan Kilshaw
Assistant Coach
A vastly experienced coach who joined from Keighley ahead of the 2026 season.
Kilshaw oversees the Roughyeds attack, having previously worked with Swinton, Rochdale and Hunslet as well as the Cougars.
Alan has also had spells coaching in Australia.
