ORLFC Foundation and ORLFC Club are pleased to announce the 2026 Talent pathway programme.

The programme is linked to the RFL Lions Development Programme (LDP), building on the recent success of last year's programme and is open to ALL players at Under 12s (Year 7) – Under 18s (Years 12 & 13).
The pathway will be ran by both Joe Warburton and Chris Chamberlain. Player Manager Warburton has a wealth of experience, having been involved for over 40 years in Oldham and started the pathway 24 months ago. He’s a former Oldham RL player and RFL Coach Educator.
Foundation CEO Chamberlain has overseen talent programmes at Wigan Warriors, Bradford Bulls and Scotland Rugby League and has been previously involved in RFL Service Areas and Talent Centres in Lancashire and Oldham whilst running RFL regional camps.
